A great man once said “I can’t tell you what it really is, I can only tell you what it feels like.” That’s mechels (LLC lol). There’s no reason it should be that good, it just is. Honestly I’ve only ordered pastrami sandwiches because they are that good. You get a sandwich that looks like it’ll be average or maybe even slightly below, and somehow it’s easily the best pastrami sandwich you’ve ever had. And those fried onions…..secret sauce right there.
